1. Please check your order before sending. We cannot accept return or exchange on items caused by your wrong order.
2. If you find items you receive are defective, please let us know by email or fax within 10 days from the date received. This applies to the shortage of or missing parts.
3. Special orders cannot be cancelled once you have placed the order. HINO parts ordered from Japan cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
4. All prices on our website are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5. We believe that all information on our website is true at the time it was collected but cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by information on our website.
6. Payment is usually made by credit card but some other options are required when the order is larger.
7. Please let us know if you would like to take insurance for damage during shipping. The insurance policy may vary so please contact us for details.
8. We have had credit card frauds recently so we sometimes ask the customer to send a copy of thier credit card statement and all other additional information to verify you. These days, some people in Indonesia, Nigeria and Thailand are trying to use other people's credit card so please help us to verify for your own safety.
We need to know the phone number, billing address and shipping address and call the customer in question if he or she really places order with us. This applies to international customers, too.
9. We accept return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase except electrical parts, generators, propellers, special orders and parts already installed or used. Please have your original receipt and invoice for return or exchange.
10. In some cases, warranty dose not cover the shipping cost (especially international customers). Please understand that you may have to pay some shipping cost even if those parts in question turn out to be defective.
11. Risk of loss or damaged to the freight transfers to buyer upon transfer of possession to the carrier.
12. We sometimes accept return or exchange with restocking fee. Since we carry a lot of different items, please contact us for restocking fee on specific parts. Generators, transmission assembly, HINO parts and air conditioners are not returnable or exchangeable.
