We need to know the phone number, billing address and shipping address and call the customer in question if he or she really places order with us.

We accept return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase except electrical parts, generators, propellers, special orders and parts already installed or used. Please have your original receipt and invoice for return or exchange. |

In some cases, warranty dose not cover the shipping cost (especially international customers). Please understand that you may have to pay some shipping cost even if those parts in question turn out to be defective. |

We sometimes accept return or exchange with restocking fee. Since we carry a lot of different items, please contact us for restocking fee on specific parts. Generators, transmission assembly, HINO parts and air conditioners are not returnable or exchangeable.
